Privacy Policy

This interim policy describes how Stay Strategies LLC (Las Vegas, Nevada), operating the AI Innovation Club (the "Club"), handles personal information on the member platform at app.aiinnovationclub.com. It pairs with the Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), plus your 18+ age attestation and its timestamp. We do not collect your date of birth.
• Member activity — class registrations and check-ins, learning-track progress, contribution points and badges, ideas and feedback you post, poll votes, Client Desk task claims and submissions, and referral codes/referrals if you use the invite feature.
• Technical data — authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (including IP addresses) kept by our hosting providers for security and rate-limiting.

2. How we use it

• Operating the platform: sign-in, classes, points, polls, ideas, Client Desk review, and referrals.
• Safety and abuse prevention (rate limiting, security review).
• Communicating with you about your account and Club activities.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising or share member data with advertisers.

3. Who processes it (service providers)

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — when you submit Client Desk work, the text of your submission is processed by an AI model (claude-haiku-4-5) to produce advisory coaching feedback for the human reviewer. The AI never decides outcomes.
• File scanning — if file attachments are enabled, uploaded files are virus-scanned by a scanning provider before they can ever be served.

4. Your choices and rights

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the Club (see §7). Account deletion removes associated personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
• Nevada residents (SB 220): although we do not sell personal information, Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request regarding any future sale via the contact in §7.
• California residents: you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including notice, access, deletion, and non-discrimination. Submit requests via the contact in §7.

5. Minors (18+ platform)

The platform is for adults 18 and older only. The Club does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (and, per COPPA, never from children under 13). If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will disable the account and delete associated personal data in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Access control is enforced at the database layer (row-level security); administrative access is limited; secrets and credentials are never stored in application code.
